If you have streams that you want to keep on your channel permanently, turn them into Highlights. Once the time limit is up, Twitch deletes the VODs. If you're a Twitch Partner, Amazon Prime member, or Twitch Turbo subscriber, you can keep VODs up on your channel for 60 days - everyone else can keep them up for 14 days. VODs (videos on demand) are simply recordings of the stream, with all the chat messages included too.
